Now that SolidWorks is entering beta 2, we are getting close to the NDA lift and can soon start talking about SoolidWorks 2012 pubically.  I have been very busy and have yet to download and install the new version.  I have read through the What's New guide twice and am looking forward to getting some hours under my belt soon.

Tech news is always a bit slow this time of year but much of the rest of the industry is full of announcements which were covered in just enough detail on the new podcast Engineer Vs. Designer. I am excited to have another podcast covering the engineering and design tech industry as a whole so go support their efforts!

As soon as the NDA is lifted, we will begin the What's New series where we dig into all the new features in the entire Solidworks 2012 linup. Till then, good luck beta testing! ~Lou
